Story of Stuff

Was on the HUB call today which kinda ended suddenly - was it my phone or did everyone loose the call?

It reminded me of the 'stuff' film... http://www.storyofstuff.com check it out! IT WILL MAKE YOU THINK!!

Key lessons from the Global Shift Call:
- 'Act as if' - act as if u r responsible for everything in your life! From there you can take responsibility and you will notice where your actions are not meeting your desired outcomes.
- It take 26-30 days to make a new neural pathway! So all those new habits, beliefs etc you want to instill YOU MUST act on them for 30 days - without missing a day! - to ensure it sticks.
- Live your life like an experiment. Try things for 30 days and decide if it made your life better or worse! Try being a veggie for 30 days and see how you feel.
- What lens are you looking through? See the opportunities and consciously participate on the changes on this planet! Look at your actions, do they help the planet, your family, your community... are you giving back?
- Act as if your on an adventure :)

Too much day in my time?

As always I struggle with having enough hours in the day to fit everything in.

My aim this Bank Holiday weekend (in the UK we have a 4 day weekend) was to actually have a couple of days off! What a novalty - this is the only weekend until July I had nothing planned!

Then I realise I have a mountain of stuff that needs to be done, so I decide I will end up working for part of the weekend. Then I have a session with my coach on Thursday - who is keen I work through the weekend!?! Humm

So so far I stayed in bed as long as possible yesterday, then cleaned my house (still have an hour to finish it to 100% - how you do one thing is how you do everything) before going out to a 'singles' party with some coaching friends. We agreed the name of the event kinda frames that we will stay single after the event ;)

However, there was hardly anyone there! I did win a bottle of wine though - when my lock matched the key (endless jokes) of the only cute guy in the room! We promtly got married and then he left without saying bye... not a great loss. We had a good giggle though.

Today I am making progress on writting my 'to-do' list!! It never stops growing!! There is always endless projects, ideas, fun to be had, books to read, people to connect with, clients to meet... there is never enough time in the day. How is that belief serving me? Well it isn't.

I often remind my clients "I am a human being - not a human doing" - I need to have time to sit and be. I cannot do everything it is impossible. We need to be focused, prioritise and make time for ourselves.

I could sleep less - I don't need all the sleep - I could align all my values to my to-do list to get them done.... of I can accept I am not SuperWomen and congratulate myself on the success I have and the magic I make happen for my clients!

Breakthroughs

Well what a few days!

I did John Dimartinis' Breakthrough Experience - been wanting to do it for 3 years! Really enjoyed it and such a great insight into the workings of my mind and the universe.

I worked on my 'ex' to clear up anything left there - I thought I had worked through it all! 15 hours later and nope I hadn't. Tears of joy popped up a couple of times when I had some new insights into the benefits and what he gave me! wow

Next up was to revisit the BodyTalk 'Breakthrough' course with lovely Terryann https://www.bodytalksystem.com/iba/professionals/details.cfm?id=2761 wow I hadn't done Breakthrough in anger for months... ok 6 months. I needed to revisit it. Unlike John's process this only take 45 mins to do! Far easier on the Nervous System!!

The result of my Breakthrough - I believed I was 'unlovable' :( I would never have found that through questioning myself. I love the way Breakthrough really helps you to see the underlying beliefs which rule your life - and unravel them to release their hold.
