UK BodyTalk Conference

Here is the video I made from some of the UK BodyTalk Conference photos we had in:

Intuition & Insight

Our intuition is a huge part of our lives... and we don't really acknowledge it. I have always been a little scared by it to be honest! But when we make it work for us it is amazing.

When I was a child I had some "spooky" goings on in my world. I saw my first ghost at about 18 months old... I still remember it to this day. I often ended up going to bed listening to what sounded like crowds shouting at me; it was pretty scary sometimes. I don't remember talking about it much to people though. But I used to scare the kids at school talking about witches and ghosts... I was often told off for making up tales!

A couple of years ago I entered a speaking competition in Toastmaster's and used my story of "I need some help with my intuition" as the subject for my talk. Half the room were really moved by my tale and in tears, the other half didn't have a clue what I was on about. I didn't win ;)

I opened the talk with the most weird situation of waking up (about 2 weeks before my 18th Birthday) with my nose an inch from my bedroom ceiling... not even over my bed! Eventually I was lowered to the ground and fell the last foot or so. I bruised my leg on a cupboard and just got up and had some water, checked the time and went back to sleep as if nothing had occurred. In the morning though I had an OMG moment.

I think this still wins as my favorite odd story. I even used it on a date to "out odd" the man I was having dinner with - it seemed important to him to be more odd than me!!

I am not so consciously aware of ghosts and things which go "bump in the night now"; so I don't get bothered as much. My spooky life came to a close at 18.

However, over the years I have occasionally dreamt about disasters as they happen. In 2004 I woke up on Christmas morning after a vivid dream about getting people to high land to avoid a tsunami, I was with my friend Lesley. Of course 24 hours later the devastating tsunami hit the Indian Ocean, thankfully Lesley (who was in Goa) was fine. But it freaked me out when my boyfriend of the time told me the dream I had had, had come true.

It doesn't always happen though, thankfully. But if my brain is in the right state - as anyone can - you can get information about what is happening elsewhere in the World. A couple of weeks ago I was in Derby and knew an Earthquake was happening. Not another disaster I thought, thankfully it was a small one in Birmingham.

Everyone has the ability to tap into the "Universal Consciousness" and for more pleasant things than disaster warnings!

We have all thought about someone just before they have rung, or after an event beating ourselves up for not following our gut instinct!

There are many ways to improve our intuition and insight into the world, and if we work with it and use it regularly it can be a wonderful thing.

I use my intuition for my job; being a BodyTalker means I now get paid to use my 6th Sense. I can't always turn it off though... and often know when friends are pregnant before they do, or when someone is in pain.

I use our MindScape tool to access it when I want though - which is so much fun and an amazing tool to keep the logical mind busy while the intuition side can come out to play.

If you are interested in utilising your brain and your intuition, it is an amazing tool to get acquainted with.

UK BodyTalk Conference - part 2

Well after a week of sleep and my first BodyTalk Access class of the year I am back on line.

We really did have a packed out 2 days and anyone I have spoken to, or has emailed me since, have been wowed by our little conference which is wonderful. Mission achieved :)

We started the 2 days with a little video of the last couple of years since the UK BTNUK team put on a conference:

Then we had a video from John with an update. Wonderful stuff. We also had an audio from Claudia with greatings from Germany.

We had Terryann Nikides talking about conflict... and Soren Ventegodt causing some conflict! All wonderful stuff.

We did a session on the UK Matrix - interesting in that some of the links applied only to the people at the conference! So another incentive to get there next time maybe?

We gave over most of a day to a wonderful friend of mine who put the attendees through some tasks on business building, presentation skills, PR, branding... everyone loved Amy (Brann).

First Access class of the year

What an amazing group!

I just finished the first BodyTalk Access class of the year in London and it was great fun... a wonderful group.

We had a lady with some limited movement in her arm dramatically improve after Fast Aid (our energetic first aid). She was sat moving her arm all afternoon afterwards :)

Then another lady had had a scar she was unable to touch for 20 years (as it caused so much pain) - she choose this to do some Fast Aid on and she could touch it after! She was shocked.

Then just recieved another email:

"I felt a bit strange after the class, I could feel my body heating up and energy moving around but I didn't have a temperature or anything. I just could tell something was going on. I came home feeling very very tired, and was in bed by 9pm – ok I had gotten up at 6 etc but I felt it was more than that, that my body needed to rest so that it could carry on healing. I slept better and when I woke up this morning, I felt different. My posture felt different too and the pain in my shoulder was a LOT fainter than it was yesterday, so I look forward to doing the Fast Aid session on that and getting rid of it completely."

So another group of excited Access Technitions in the UK (and China/France). I love it :)

UK BodyTalk Conference

We just finished the UK BodyTalk Conference! WOW what an amazing time we had.

The UK BodyTalk Conference was in sunny (!) Bracknell... we had a wonderful two days. Those of us who are left are now on day 1 of BreakThrough with Terryann.

It was wonderful to come together as CBPs in the UK (& Ireland) and chat, grow and inspire each other. We had some wonderful speakers and workshops.

We had a theme of "Love BodyTalk - Love Life" and even had some wonderful mugs/stickers/bags with "I Love BodyTalk"

I am sure everyone took a lot from the event and will share - I am shattered after all the running around. Time for sleep but I can't miss BreakThrough ;)

Thanks to everyone who came and everyone who helped to run the conference and me! It was a great two days. I'll write more when I get my brain back on line - tap tap!
