People amaze me

I just watch the film 'The Pursuit of Happyness' and although stressed throughout (just waiting for the happy ending - I hate things that go wrong) ... it made me think.

We are always meeting people and when you take the time to get to know them - I mean really get to know them - they all have an amazing story! Everyone has done something, been somewhere, or had an amazing experience. Everyone.

We meet people and we don't take the time to see the wisdom, knowledge & magic they have hidden away.

We all have it.

I ran a workshop today and I spent the day looking at some amazing people who have such an immense bank of knowledge, wisdom and experience between them! They don't see it in themselves....

...so of course do I see it in me? Umm no "guilty as charged". I am sure I have far more gold dust in me than I am willing to acknowledge and show the world.... if I can see it in others then I have it in me.

So how can we bring the gold dust to the surface?
How can we see our own gold dust and show it to others?

I am the light. We all are.... so start shinning :)

As the wise women said (Marianne Williamson):

"Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some, it is in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
